Excellent, creepy, spicy, spooky season read that I could NOT put down. I loved the mystery and science and gross parasites involved with this story!

Devryck/Dr Death is everything we want in a morally gray MMC. And Lilia is the smarty pants, scrappy FMC trying to solve the mystery around her mother's death.

Some great twists I didn't see coming. I could have done without the cheesy epilogue but I will allow it because I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the book. THIS IS A MUST READ!

Dark, gothic, creepy academia with a taboo HOT professor/student situationship??? Ummmm take all my money. It was great and I tore through this one. I wanted to punch Dr. Death a few times but maybe only to get detention? 🤷‍♀️ This is a great one!
