Wicked Games #3

Wicked Games by Kaylie Smith is a dark romantasy series beginning with Phantasma, where Ophelia Grimm, a necromancer inheriting her mother's powerful death magic and crushing family debts, enters a lethal competition in a cursed haunted mansion to win a single wish and save her kidnapped sister. The game unfolds across nine increasingly deadly challenges in a labyrinth of twisting corridors, lavish ballrooms, and demonic temptations, where contestants sabotage each other amid ever-evolving horrors created by the house itself. A charming yet arrogant phantom named Blackwell offers Ophelia a dangerous bargain—his guidance through the trials in exchange for ten years of her life—sparking irresistible attraction that risks breaking the game's cardinal rule against falling in love, all while she battles her fears, OCD, and ruthless rivals without revealing the competition's victor or her heart's ultimate allegiance.
