Fae & Alchemy #3

Fae & Alchemy by Callie Hart is a dark romantasy series launching with Quicksilver , where cunning thief Saeris Fane survives in the harsh desert kingdom of Allyria by stealing from the Undying Queen's reservoirs, hiding her rare ability to manipulate quicksilver—a sentient, volatile alchemical substance punishable by death. A botched heist catapults her through a reopened gateway into the frozen fae realm of Yvelia, binding her fate to the brooding warrior Kingfisher of the Ajun Gate, a morally gray "Death Dealer" with murky motives who needs her powers to combat vampire hordes and ancient curses. Thrust into wars, labyrinthine traps, and uneasy alliances with his cadre amid betrayals and godly encounters, Saeris grapples with her awakening magic, forbidden desire, and the cost of survival in a world of elemental fae, undead threats, and razor-sharp banter.
