Dead Girls Club #3

The "Dead Girls Club" series by L.M. Ramirez is a dark, "why choose" romance series that begins with Virgin Sacrifice , where a college student trying to start over is haunted by her past, as a human heart is nailed to her door. The series follows her as she uncovers secrets and deals with a killer on the loose at her elite university, while also navigating a complicated romantic situation with multiple men. The second book, Lady Killer , continues this storyline as the protagonist is forced to help two killers stop a serial murderer who is also stalking her.
